1.Before the meeting
Prepare, organize, centralize From Teams, open the WEDO app to:
- Build a collaborative agenda
- Review the agenda in advance
- Submit a topic for discussion
- Attach key documents to the relevant meeting topics
- Add voting blocks to gather participants’ input
- Define participants’ roles and objectives
Use caseIn an executive meeting, each manager submits their topics. The organizer validates and assembles the agenda with related documents. A voting block is added to pre-approve a budget that will need formal validation during the meeting. All of this is done within Teams, using the WEDO app.
2.During the meeting
Structure discussions and formalize decisions While on a video call via Teams, open the WEDO tab to:
- Follow the agenda live
- Co-write a dynamic and structured meeting report
- Assign tasks with deadlines and assignees
- Record decisions, linked directly to the relevant agenda items
- Launch an integrated vote for collective decisions
- Attach or consult relevant documents at any time
Use caseDuring a project meeting, a task is assigned to a team member to follow up on a site. It contains a direct link to the discussion that led to the decision. No need to search for the context: everything is connected.
3.After the meeting
Secure, track, and leverage WEDO stores everything discussed during the meeting, accessible at any time from Teams:
- Meeting minutes can be locked, ensuring their integrity
- Electronic signatures (SES, AES, or QES) are available, with QES holding the same legal value as a handwritten signature
- Created tasks remain linked to their original topic, ensuring perfect traceability
- All documents and decisions remain centralized in WEDO
