As we continue to grow in the Swiss German market, we’re looking for a Sales Account Executive (AE) to join our expanding team. Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from demo to close 🏁
  • Engage with decision-makers: CEOs, their assistants, department heads, board members, and project managers
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients in key sectors: banking, insurance, public administration, and healthcare
  • Deliver tailored product demos and presentations that show how WEDO solves real business problems
  • Collaborate closely with SDRs to convert qualified leads into long-term clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company goals
  • Provide post-sale support during the onboarding phase, ensuring a smooth handover to Customer Success
  • Stay on top of market trends and competitors to refine your approach and maximize impact
  • Regularly update Pipedrive and report on sales performance and pipeline health
  • Represent WEDO at networking events and trade shows across the Swiss German region

Qualifications & Skills

  • Native Swiss German speaker, fluent in English or French
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales or account management (ideally in a closing role)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with sales tools (Pipedrive, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets 🥇
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple deals at once
  • Enthusiasm for tech, teamwork, and making meetings less of a pain 😉

Ideally based in Switzerland (remote work possible, with occasional travel for client meetings and events).
