As we expand our footprint across Switzerland and beyond, we are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Success Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the trusted partner for our clients, guiding them from onboarding to mastery of the platform, ensuring they extract full value from WEDO and stick around for the long haul.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client onboarding and training sessions to ensure a smooth implementation of WEDO
  • Build and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders (C-levels, assistants, team leads, project managers, etc.)
  • Understand client goals and workflows, and advise on best practices to help them get the most out of WEDO
  • Proactively monitor usage and engagement, identifying opportunities to add value or prevent churn
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, providing feedback to the product and sales teams
  • Assist with support requests and resolve issues quickly by collaborating with our technical team
  • Upsell additional features or licenses when appropriate, in coordination with the sales team
  • Create helpful resources (how-to guides, webinars, FAQs) to support client success at scale
  • Represent WEDO at industry events, client meetings, and community gatherings
  • Contribute to developing and improving our customer success strategy and playbooks

Qualifications & Skills

  • Native or fluent Swiss German, with strong English or French skills
  • 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Project Management, or a related role in B2B SaaS
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Tech-savvy and confident navigating cloud-based platforms
  • Strong organizational and time management skills – able to juggle multiple client relationships
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help people succeed
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Pipedrive), support tools, and collaboration platforms is a plus

Location

Ideally based in Switzerland. Remote work possible, with occasional travel for client meetings and company events.
