As we continue to expand our presence in the French-speaking and Romand-speaking Swiss market, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our business development efforts, identifying new opportunities, and engaging with potential clients to demonstrate how WEDO can revolutionize their collaboration and meeting management processes. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients, focusing on banks, insurance companies, municipalities, and healthcare organizations, specifically targeting CEOs and their assistants, division heads, board members, and project managers.

  • Create prospect lists and import them into Lemlist and Pipedrive for outreach.

  • Develop and execute customized email campaigns tailored to the industry, region, and position.

  • Conduct cold and warm prospecting via emails, LinkedIn, and calls to generate interest and schedule demonstrations.

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads by identifying decision-makers and assessing their needs.

  • Schedule product demonstrations with the Sales Specialist and, if necessary, conduct initial qualification calls via video.

  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM and contribute to sales pipeline updates.

  • Represent WEDO at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities in the Swiss market.

  • Gather feedback from prospects and customers to refine WEDO's value proposition.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Native French speaker and proficiency in German or English (an asset).

  • Prior experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or inside sales is required.

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills – confidence to call and interact with decision-makers. - Familiarity with CRM tools (Pipedrive) and outbound prospecting platforms (Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and driven by objectives and KPIs.

  • Ability to adapt quickly and learn about new sectors and competitive landscapes.
