As we continue to expand our footprint in the Swiss German market, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our business development efforts, identifying new opportunities, and engaging with potential clients to showcase how WEDO can revolutionize their collaboration and meeting management processes. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients, focusing on banks, insurance companies, municipalities, and healthcare organizations, specifically targeting CEOs and their assistants, heads of divisions, company board members, and project managers.
  • Build prospect lists and import them into Lemlist and Pipedrive for outreach.
  • Craft and execute personalized email campaigns tailored to industry, region, and job title.
  • Conduct cold and warm outreach via emails, LinkedIn, and calls to generate interest and schedule demos.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads by identifying decision-makers and assessing their needs.
  • Schedule product demonstrations with the Sales Specialist and, if necessary, conduct initial qualification calls via video.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM and contribute to sales pipeline updates.
  • Represent WEDO at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities in the Swiss German market.
  • Gather feedback from prospects and clients to refine WEDO’s value proposition.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Native Swiss German and fluent in English or French.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or inside sales is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills – confident in calling and engaging with decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Pipedrive) and outbound prospecting platforms (Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Highly organized, autonomous, and driven by targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and learn about new industries and competitive landscapes.

Location

Ideally based in Switzerland (remote work possible, with occasional travel for client meetings and events).
