Founded in 2015, WEDO is a startup based in Fribourg. Our mission is to improve workplace collaboration. With our in-house Cloud/SaaS solution, we help our clients spend less time in meetings and simplify their task and project management.

Our clients include companies and institutions of all sizes, such as Raiffeisen, HES, Universities, Cantonal Hospitals, industrial companies, and more.

To support our prospects and clients in their use of WEDO, we are looking for a Customer Success & Support Specialist.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Customer Success & Support Specialist, your role will be to advise and guide our client companies to ensure the effective use of our tool within their organizations and teams.

  • You are responsible for providing support via chat, phone, or video conference.
  • You define the necessary guidelines for the proper use of WEDO.
  • You maintain the Help Center, write support articles, and record video tutorials.
  • You organize webinars to showcase new features.
  • You write blog posts to highlight the added value of new updates.
  • You share customer insights internally to help improve our product.

ABOUT YOU

  • Bilingual Profile: You are fluent in both French and German (written and spoken). This is essential for navigating our different markets.
  • You have a strong interest in IT solutions and technology in general.
  • You are innovative, ambitious, and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment.
  • You are a professional communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You are an effective speaker, capable of presenting ideas and communicating them convincingly.
  • You have strong writing skills and know how to convey ideas simply and educationally.
  • You can create simple and engaging visual content using accessible graphic design tools.
